Ambient 2-step? What is this?

Koreless blows my mind in the ”I don't quite know what to make of this” sort of way. It sounds like he set out to make some kickass oldskool 2-step garage but accidentally deleted half the drumtracks and thought ”well, this is cool”.

And it is.
